Okay, look - I knoooow this is a boring pile of legalese but it’s important to actually read it because it’s a legally binding agreement. I’ve taken the time to word it in a way that’s a bit easier to digest (with additional use of emphasis and underlines) - because idk about you but other sites that have a huge-ass wall of text all in CAPITAL LETTERS are completely unfriendly and 🌻 not my vibe 💖.

Being transparent and working with your consent are extremely important to me when it comes to my privacy and information collection practises.
The use of this site is also governed by the content of my privacy policy and disclaimer pages, which are incorporated into these Terms by this reference.

This Site is intended only for users aged 18 or older due to GDPR data protection laws (and my frequent sprinkle of profanity which may be unsuitable for minors).

This includes (without limitation) a right to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat your user content - so that I can use it for things like: sharing screenshots, streams, videos, and using nice comments and testimonials in my promotional material.
